Nurses Week 2021

Nurses Week this year starts on May 6 and wraps up on May 12 this year, Thursday through Wednesday. We want to celebrate all nurses for the whole week during this annual event. May 6th has been designated National School Nurse Day, May 8th National Student Nurses Day and May 12th International Nurses Day. Please help us all to celebrate these front line workers who are at their jobs every day helping their patients during the current health crisis. The work you do every day as RN’s and Travel Nurses is greatly appreciated by all.

Hospitals are being pushed to the brink in many places across our nation. The hard-working nurses continue to take the lead in this worldwide battle, and now, getting those vaccinations into the arms of as many people as possible in the shortest period of time. Normalcy may be getting closer with several vaccines available now.

Will there be a “back to normal”, we think a “new normal” is more feasible. The battle continues as we try to get the world to achieve herd immunity.

But, for these few days, we want to make sure you, the nurses, travel nurses and professional healthcare providers, know and understand how grateful we are for your perseverance today, over the past year, and every day, for providing your patients the care they so urgently need.

Nurses are the core of all healthcare facilities. Make sure you thank your co-workers for their jobs well done and keep smiling. We really are all in this together and Happy Nurses Week! We celebrate you this week, May 6 – May 12, 2021.
