They will get an ADDITIONAL 2-3 shifts of UNIT orientation for a total of 4/5 shifts. We'll begin with 4 and add an additional if necessary.
Will also accept: 18 months+ of experience (LTAC/Rehab okay) with at least 6 months of MedSurg (prefers MS to be recent)
Staff has to be gone for 3 months before returning as a traveler. From last shift worked to start date
Will be assigned a home unit on the first day of orientation.
