Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – PCU – ONS 48’s Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×4, 48 hours per week Length: 16 weeks 6-week schedulesWeekend rotation: Travelers could be scheduled for up to 4 out of the 6 weekends, which include Friday, Saturday and Sunday Requirements: SD License 1 year of nursing experience 1st time traveler must have EPIC experience Previous experience with our types of patients below, including IMC/stepdown and neuro Ability to read/interpret cardiac strips, wound care, line management, drain/tube management, drip titration of below medications Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing BLS ACLS NIHSS Epic – strongly preferred Other details: Will accept a first-time traveler if greater than 1 year of experience Travelers must live 100 miles away from any facility Patient Types: This is a mixed acuity unit meaning there will be Intermediate Care acuity as well as Tele and MedSurg, Pre/post-surgical patients, CVA, seizures, cellulitis, influenza, UTIs, pneumonia, COPD, CHF, renal failure with or without the need for hemodialysis, hepatic failure, gastrointestinal disorders and infections, soft tissue injury and minor fractures, and DVTs.
