Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – NICU Level II or III Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week Length: 13 weeks On call: 2 – 12 hour shifts per month Requirements: CO License Associate Degree in Nursing is required AHA BLS NRP Neonatal Resuscitation 1 year experience preferred STABLE certification preferred Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred Details:COVID-19 Initial Shot(s) • All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated. • Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or o 1 dose bivalent vaccine • Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte. • Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable.
