It sure does mine. How do you feel about that? I have found that my day is so much better if I have some good music playing while I’m working or, of course, when I’m working out. Even my yoga app has background music. I have quite a diverse taste in music, old and new.
Music can change your mood, make you happy, make you sad and so many feelings in between. All you have to do is put your jam on and it can help you with whatever you are doing, from working out, focusing on work, or even dozing off at night.

I am sitting here working and listening to music as I write and do my daily work. It makes my day so much better and when I am done working I like to put on some workout music and go for a brisk walk or unwind with some gentle music and yoga.
