Easy At Home Inner Cleanse

I just finished up a cleanse for my internal organs and it was pretty simple and do-able at home. I was on my own for the week so I didn't have to worry about feeding anybody else, so it worked out really well. If you feel so inclined, here are the steps you can do to help your body. And I would suggest buying organic items for better quality of ingredients.

15 minutes before breakfast squeeze the juice of a lemon in a medium glass of hot water and drink it down.

For Breakfast:

8 ounces of Orange Juice (you can have more if you like)
1 hard boiled egg
Fresh fruit (at least 8oz of fruit, one fruit or mixed but No Bananas or Avocados
Coffee or Tea - 1 cup if desired but no sugar or cream.

Between breakfast and lunch, drink fruit and vegetable juices. Also you may eat fresh raw vegetables and fruit. The move live food you consume, the more thorough the cleansing will be. If you cannot get fresh juice, use canned.

For Lunch:

Vegetable Broth (recipe below) - 2 cups
Salad - make a salad of fresh raw vegetables from this list. Try to use at least four of these veggies and eat at least 8 level tablespoons or more if you desire.
(artichokes, asparagus, beans, beets, brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, celery, dandelions, endive, eggplant, fresh corn, fresh green peas, green peppers, kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, lotus, okra, onions, parsley, parsnips, pumpkin, radishes, rutabagas, spinach, squash, swiss chard, tomatoes, turnips) (leave and/or tops can be included)
No coffee or tea with this meal

Between lunch and dinner you may drink fruit and vegetable juices if you like. Carrot and celery sticks are good if you need something to eat in between.

Dinner:

Vegetable Broth 2 cups
Cooked Vegetables - use the same list above and pick 2 or 3 of those vegetables and cook them with butter. No potatoes.
Bread - i medium slice of Whole Wheat Bread with butter.
Dessert: apple or fresh fruit
No coffee or tea at this meal

If you need additional food after dinner eat only fresh fruits or vegetables.

Recipe for Vegetable Broth: Take 7 carrots and 1 small bunch of celery and cut it up fine. Place in 2 quarts of hot water and boil for 15 minutes. Add 1/3 bunch of parsley and a large handful of fresh spinach, cut fine. Boil for 10 minutes more. Drain off the juice or broth. Flavor with salt of onion, okra, tomatoes, green peppers or garlic. Mix with one quart of V8 juice.

I am not a fan of V8 original juice so I did not mix it with my broth. I did have to make broth three times to finish out the 7 days recommended. The first batch made with above instructions only provided me enough broth for a day and a half so I would suggest doubling up on the amounts if you plan on doing it for sufficient time to cleanse your organs. Refrigerate it of course and I heated mine up to room temperature or above. 

It is the high concentrations of vitamins and mineral in the food and broth that helps your body cleanse.
