An Attitude of Gratitude 

Being grateful each day for all the things we have and enjoy can make a vast difference in your attitude and even your life. We all have so much to be thankful for, even in these chaotic times.

First of all, if you woke up this morning and got out of bed, there ya go! The number one thing you can be thankful for. Even with some pain, or anxiety, or troubles of any kind, you did wake up this morning. There are a whole lot of people that didn’t have that privilege. Be grateful!

Do you have a roof over your head and a bed to sleep in? Two more things you can be ever grateful for. So many in our world do not even have these things at this time, which is truly hard to believe at times. Be grateful.

Did you eat today? How about yesterday? Lucky for us, most of us did eat today, unless we chose not to. And most of us probably ate more than once and don’t have worries about where our next meal will come from. It’s a sad state to think there are hungry people in our world. Be grateful.

We are breathing, we are living and we can choose to enjoy the moments we have. Be grateful.

Go outside, look up at the sky and let the sun shine on your face, and take a deep breath. Be grateful.

You would be surprised how easy it is to change your attitude by just being grateful. Take a breath and say Thank you, say it out loud, it’s ok. Be Grateful and Be Safe!

And know that all the world is grateful for you today! Thank you!
